Using sensitivity labels have different challenges from inability to search and filter and search easily using sensitivity labels.
To enable search using sensitivity labels , refer to the blog post Searching by Sensitivity label In case the sensitivity label is set on the files but not visible in the Libraries sensitivity column, refer to blog post to help synching/refreshing the metadata.
