Fortunately, there is plenty of help and documentation available to guide you through the process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get started with the Power Platform Developer Plan.
Steps to Enable the Power Platform Developer Plan
Sign Up:
- Visit the Power Apps Developer Plan website.
- Click on the “Start free” button.
Fill in Your Details:
- Enter your work account details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on “Start free”.
Once you have signed up, you can create environments with Dataverse enabled and start building solutions. It’s that easy! Give it a go and explore the capabilities of the Power Platform Developer Plan.
Additional Abilities with the Developer Plan
The Power Platform Developer Plan offers several features that can help you build and test your applications:
- Dataverse:
- Create and manage a database to store your data.
- Having Dataverse will enable creation of solutions, otherwise you may be presented with a forever spinning wheel
- Create dataverse enabled environment
With the developer plan , a dataverse enabled environment can be created.
Otherwise it won’t allow creation of a dataverse backed environment.
- Premium Connectors:
- Allow to test premium connectors
